Individual Membership

If you are planning to join SID as an individual member, please note that membership is based on the payment of an annual fee. There are two channels through which you may affiliate to SID:

• As a direct member through the SID Secretariat
• Through a local chapter

Before joining as a direct member, please consult the chapter list to see if there is a chapter in your locale. If one exists, we strongly encourage that you contact them to initiate your affiliation process. Otherwise, you can continue to join SID as a direct member by paying the following fees.

Individuals renewing for multiple years can benefit from additional discounts to their membership fee as follows:

• Two years - entitles you to a 10% discount
• Three years - entitles you to a 20% discount
• Four years - entitles you to a 25% discount

Institutional Membership

As with individuals, institutions may also affiliate to SID either through local chapters or directly through the SID Secretariat. These fees apply only to those Institutions affiliating directly through the SID Secretariat.
